Introduction: 
1. HS series slurry pump is designed for the continuous pumping of high abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. The wearing parts are made of ultra chrome or and rubber. It will maintain high efficiency over the wear life of its components. 

2. The metal wet parts and rubber ones can be interchangeable for handling different liquids or slurries.

3. HS slurry pumps are available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 18 inch discharge and feature high efficiency performance capable of flow rates from 10.8 to 5400 m³/h and heads up to 125 meters for high head models. 

Features:
1. Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner
and can beremoved completely;
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. Casing halves of ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities
and an extra measure of safety.
4. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
5. Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD,
SCR control, etc;
6. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal

Descriptions

The DGS General Purpose Single Shaft Shredder has a 457mm diameter profiled rotor made of solid steel, operating at a speed of 74rpm. The concave ground, aggressive 4-way rotating knives are mounted in the grooves of the profiled rotor with special knife holders. This enables a reduction of the cutting gap between the counter knives and the rotor which guarantees a high flow rate, low power consumption and maximum output of shredded material.

The hydraulically operated ram feeds the material automatically in the rotor’s cutting chamber by load-related controls. The hydraulic system is equipped with high-pressure valves and volumetric flow controls which can be set according to the requirements of the input material.

Extremely robust pedestal bearing housings are mounted outside the machine and separate to the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt penetrating into the oversized bearings. This ensures a long service life and minimum service and maintenance.

Power is transmitted from the motor by a drive belt via an oversized gearbox which is located on the shaft end on one end of the rotor.

A safety switch prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.

    KKQY series gas waist wheel flowmeter is based on the principle of volumetric measurement to accurately measure the gas flow meter.The instrument has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, wide range and high performance.This series of flowmeters are widely used in: city pipeline gas metering, industrial gas metering, gas regulator station metering, energy management and other non-corrosive gas metering live flow control and other occasions.Product performance up to the domestic advanced level.
    The intelligent gas waist wheel flowmeter is mainly composed of shell, conjugate rotor and intelligent flow integrator.A pair of conjugate rotors installed in the metering chamber maintain the correct relative position of the rotor through fine-machined adjusting gears under the action of the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the circulating gas .Keep the best working clearance between rotor, between rotor and shell, between rotor and wallboard, realize the continuous non-contact seal.Each rotation of the rotor, the output of four times the effective volume of the metering chamber of gas,The rotor revolution is transmitted to the intelligent flow integrator through the magnetic seal coupling device and deceleration mechanism, so as to display the cumulative volume of the output gas.
     According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, using the weigen sensor from the synchronous rotation gear installed on the opposite magnetic steel magnetic induction flow volume flow proportional to the pulse signal,After amplification, filtering and shaping, the signal enters the micro-processing unit of the intelligent flow integrator together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals for calculation and processing, and displays the volume flow and total amount of gas directly on the LCD screen.The rotating shaft can also be displayed on the mechanical disk according to the magnetic drive through the gear set to form a mechanical count.

Farm use poultry feed flat die pellet machine

Function: compressing all the powder feed to pellet feed.

Raw material: rice, wheat, soybean, and other kind of concentrated feed etc

Advantages:

This machine is adapted to large scale of raw materials. It is suitable for different kinds of complete feed production line. While processing the material, this machine’s temperate is moderate which could keep the microelement with the material. The feed is tasty and digestible. Animals love it and the intake is large.

The pellets coming out from this machine are neatly in shape with smooth surface and big density, which is easy to restore and transport. The finished pellets’ diameter is among 2-6mm (according to different die), and the length could be among 5-20mm. The transmission part adopts high accuracy gear transmission, whose efficiency is 20-25% higher than belt transmission; the whole machine (includes the motor) adopts the highest quality bearing which could enable the high-efficient transmission, stability and lower noises.
 
4, Innovative Structure
The whole body of the large-scale intensified feed modulator is made of stainless steel. It adopts variable frequency speed control system to ensure the high quality of the pellet feed. The complementary snake-like spring coupling is international standard which is innovative in structure, tight in shape and safe. The noise is low and the fault rate is small.
