The whole body of the large-scale intensified feed modulator is made of stainless steel. It adopts variable frequency speed control system to ensure the high quality of the pellet feed. 1.ZH(R) pump is horizontal centrifugal heavy duty slurry pump and it is designed for the continuous pumping
 of high abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. 
2. It will maintain high efficiency over the wear life of its components. 
3.The rubber and metal lined pumps feature casings which are radially split into two halves.
 Minimum casing bolts reduce maintenance and minimise downtime.

ZH Slurry Pump Features:

ZJQ submersible slurry pump or sand suction pump is a mechanical device that both the motor and the pump body submerge into the medium to work. The pump flow parts are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, wear-resistant cast iron, cast steel, etc., which one is used depends on the specific medium. The pump of large flow passage and is suitable for conveying media such as sand containing large solid particles, ore slurry, coal slurry, sand and gravel, high-concentration liquid, dust liquid, and paste etc. It is for river dredging, manure, slurry feed, watering, municipal administration, chemical printing and dyeing, medicine, shipbuilding, food, etc. This series of submersible pumps are designed and manufactured with advanced EPT at home and abroad. In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers or agitator can be also added at the bottom to stir the deposited sludge.
