Description: the polyurethane elastomeric is a new content of polymer synthetic between rubber and plastic. It has each high toughness of plastic and high elasticity of rubber. Its characteristics are: 1, a wide selection of hardness. It still has rubber elongation and resilience at higher hardness. The polyurethane elastomeric has a hardness assortment of Shore A10-D80. 2. large energy. At rubber hardness, the tensile toughness, tear energy and load carrying potential are much increased than common rubber substance. At high hardness, its effect power and flexural energy are significantly increased than plastic materials. 3, wear-resistant. Its dress in resistance is really outstanding, normally in the selection of .01-.10cm³/1.61km, about 3-5 times than rubber substance. 4, oil resistant. The polyurethane elastomeric is a highly polar polymer compound which has reduced affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is hardly eroded in gas oil and mechanical oil. 5, good resistance to oxygen and ozone. 6, superb vibration absorption performance, can do damping and buffering. In the mould manufacturing industry, it replaces rubber and springs.7, has very good low temperature functionality. 8, radiation resistance. Polyurethane is highly resistant to high power radiation and has satisfactory performance at 10-ten deg radiation dose. 9, with excellent machining functionality.

 

The polyurethane coupling, rubber coupling are manufactured by injection with substantial top quality TPU material or mould CSM/SBR.
