Can you machine a non-standard bore diameter?

Yes. All bore machining is performed in-house. Specify your required bore diameter, tolerance (H7 is standard), keyway form, and hub length in your enquiry. We will confirm feasibility and pricing with your quotation. Non-standard bores do not require a minimum order quantity on most coupling series.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no strict minimum for standard stocked models — we supply single units to maintenance buyers and large batches to OEMs on the same terms. For custom-machined bores or surface treatments, a small production minimum may apply; we confirm this in the quotation stage.

Do you supply material and dimensional certificates?

Yes. Material mill certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and hardness test records are available on request. These are commonly required for project procurement in the chemical, oil and gas, and mining sectors. Request documentation at the time of order so we can schedule it with production.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

We quote on EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board at a Chinese port), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight to destination port). Most first-time buyers use FOB and arrange their own forwarder. We can recommend freight partners for sea LCL and FCL if required.

I am not sure which coupling type to order. Can you help?

Yes — this is a normal part of our pre-sales process. Describe your application: motor power or torque output, operating speed, shaft diameters on both sides, space constraints, and whether misalignment compensation is needed. Our engineers will recommend the correct series and model. You can also visit our applications page for guidance by industry and drive type.

Are stainless steel couplings available?

Yes. The TS7 and TS7C micro rigid coupling series are available in 316 stainless steel (STS7 and STS7C prefix), suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical, and marine environments. For larger coupling types requiring stainless or corrosion-resistant material, please contact us with your specifications for a custom quotation.

Can I get 3D CAD drawings or dimension tables?

Dimension tables for standard series are published on our product pages. 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD files (STEP format) can be provided upon request for confirmed quotation enquiries. Specify the model code and bore configuration in your message.

Do you accept sample orders before a larger purchase?

Yes, sample orders are accepted for most standard models. Sample pricing is quoted on the same basis as commercial orders — we do not inflate sample pricing. After sample approval, repeat orders and blanket purchase agreements are available for OEM and MRO buyers with stable annual demand.
