Our Direction
Mission, Vision, and Values
The principles that guide every production decision, quality commitment, and customer interaction at Ever Power.
Our Mission
We make precision rigid shaft couplings that industrial operations worldwide can depend on — manufactured to standard, priced at the factory, and supported by engineers who understand the application. We remove the uncertainty between specification and delivery.
Our Vision
We aim to be the most trusted factory-direct source for rigid coupling components in global B2B trade — recognised not only for the quality of what we make, but for the clarity and honesty with which we operate across every market we serve.
Our Values
Precision in manufacturing. Transparency in quoting. Accountability in delivery. We do not overcommit on timelines or underspecify on materials. When something falls outside our capability, we say so — and help the buyer find the right path forward.
Our Product Range
Rigid Shaft Couplings We Manufacture
We produce the complete range of rigid and near-rigid shaft coupling types used in industrial mechanical transmission. Browse our full product catalog for dimension tables, bore options, and technical specifications.
YL · YLD · GY · GYS · GYH Series
Flange Coupling
The most widely applied rigid shaft coupling type in pump, compressor, and gearbox drive trains. Produced to GB 5843-86 and GB/T 5843-2003 in cast iron and cast steel, covering nominal torques from 10 N·m through the heavy industrial range.
JQ Series
Clamping Coupling
Split-shell rigid clamping coupling designed for reactor stirring shaft connections. Two bolt-clamped half-shells allow installation and removal without axial shaft movement — essential on enclosed vessels and vertical reducer outputs.
GT Series
Sleeve Coupling
Single-piece cylindrical sleeve transmitting torque via key or taper pin. Minimum radial envelope and straightforward installation make this the preferred choice for light-load, stable-running shaft pairs in textile, irrigation, and auxiliary drives.
TS7 · TS7C Series
Micro Rigid Coupling
Miniature rigid couplings in setscrew and clamp configurations, available in aluminum alloy and 316 stainless steel. Ultra-low rotational inertia and zero backlash for servo motors, encoders, and precision CNC axis connections.
TS7Z Series
Locking Assembly
Conical taper mechanism that locks hub to shaft through radial clamping pressure — no keyway required. Replaces conventional coupling joints where shaft diameter and bore tolerance match, delivering higher torque density than keyed alternatives.
SL · WH Series
Oldham (Sliding-Block) Coupling
Three-piece sliding-block coupling that compensates for parallel shaft offset. The SL series covers large torque ranges in heavy industrial drives; the WH series serves lighter applications where shock absorption alongside offset compensation is needed.
Manufacturing
What Our Factory Can Do
We operate our own machining facility for all coupling production. This means we control tolerances, surface finishes, bore accuracy, and keyway geometry — rather than relying on a network of unknown sub-suppliers. Every order, standard or custom, goes through the same in-house workflow.
Our production capability covers standard stocked models as well as non-standard configurations: modified bore diameters, alternative keyway forms, material substitutions, and special surface treatments. If you have a drawing or a specification that falls outside our standard range, contact us — we will confirm feasibility and cost before any commitment is made.
CNC Turning and Boring
Precision bore machining to H7 tolerance as standard. Bore diameters outside standard series ranges can be accommodated — specify at enquiry stage.
Keyway Milling and Broaching
A-type, B-type, and C-type keyways to GB 3852-1997. Non-standard keyway forms accepted with customer drawing. Spline bores available on selected coupling series.
Dynamic Balancing
High-speed flange coupling assemblies are dynamically balanced on-site prior to dispatch. Balance grade and residual unbalance data can be included in the shipment documentation on request.
Dimensional Inspection
Critical coupling dimensions — bore roundness, keyway width and depth, flange face runout — are verified against drawing before release. Inspection reports are available for project orders.
Export-Grade Packing
Anti-corrosion treatment, foam packing, and wooden crating for sea freight. Each shipment includes a packing list, commercial invoice, and material certificate on request.

Standards and Certifications
Our couplings are designed and produced to Chinese national standards and international equivalents. For project procurement packages requiring traceability documentation, we supply material and inspection records to accompany each batch.
GB 5843-86
Flanged coupling (YL / YLD series) — bore, keyway, torque, and dimensional standard for cylindrical shaft flanged couplings.
GB/T 5843-2003
Updated flange coupling standard (GY / GYS / GYH series) — extended torque range, refined dimensional requirements.
GB 3852-1997
Coupling shaft hole and keyway dimensions — governs bore tolerance, keyway width, depth, and permitted keyway forms (A, B, C types).
ISO 286 / H7
International bore tolerance standard. H7 is our default bore fit — the international equivalent accepted by engineering teams in Europe, the US, and beyond.

Our Journey
How We Have Grown
From a domestic component supplier to a globally recognised rigid coupling manufacturer — a track record built on consistent quality and reliable export service.
Founded as a Mechanical Components Manufacturer
We began production of standard flanged couplings and mechanical transmission components for domestic industrial buyers, building the machining capability and quality systems that underpin our export operations today.
First International Export Orders
We received our first overseas enquiries from Southeast Asian buyers seeking factory-direct rigid couplings. We established export documentation, packing, and quality certification processes to support international shipments.
European and North American Market Entry
Growing demand from UK, German, and Australian industrial buyers led us to expand our product range to the GB/T 5843-2003 GY series, add custom bore machining capability, and develop material certification processes for project procurement requirements.
Precision Micro Coupling Range Added
Rising demand from automation and CNC machinery OEMs led us to introduce the TS7 and TS7C micro rigid coupling series in aluminum alloy and stainless steel — extending our offering from heavy industrial into precision motion control applications.
60+ Country Export Network and Ongoing Product Expansion
We now supply buyers in more than 60 countries, with a growing catalog of coupling configurations and an active programme of product development. We continue to invest in machining precision, inspection capability, and export logistics to maintain the standards our international buyers depend on.
Why Work With Us
Six Reasons Buyers Choose Ever Power
We hear the same concerns from first-time buyers: quality consistency, honest lead times, and direct access to engineers. Here is how we address each one.
We Are the Factory
No trading company layer, no unknown sub-supplier. When you place an order with us, we are the people who machine the bores, inspect the parts, and pack the shipment. You get factory pricing and full production visibility.
In-House Quality Control
Bore roundness, keyway width, flange face runout, and surface finish are checked on our own inspection equipment before every shipment leaves. We do not rely on sampling — all critical dimensions are verified per batch.
Custom Machining Capability
Standard bore sizes are stocked for fast dispatch. Non-standard bore diameters, modified keyway forms, and alternative materials are machined in-house — we do not turn away custom requirements.
Technical Sales Support
Our pre-sales team includes engineers who have worked with couplings for years. If you are unsure which model to specify, we will work through the torque, speed, bore, and space requirements with you before you commit to an order.
Export-Proven Logistics
More than two decades of international shipments means we handle export documentation, anti-corrosion packing, and freight coordination without delays. We work with the buyer's forwarder or our own logistics partners.
Honest, Repeatable Trading
We do not overstate lead times or underspecify materials to win orders. Our repeat order rate from international buyers reflects the straightforward trading relationship we maintain: quote accurately, deliver consistently, communicate clearly.
