Flange Couplings
The most widely used rigid coupling for pump-motor, compressor and gearbox shaft connections. Bolted flanged hubs provide zero-backlash connection that disconnects without axial shaft movement. Available in YL/YLD (GB 5843-86) and GY/GYS/GYH (GB/T 5843-2003), with optional alignment tenon.

Sleeve Couplings
The GT type sleeve coupling (muff coupling) is a single precision-machined steel cylinder connecting two co-linear shaft ends via keyways. No bolted flanges, no flexible elements. Maintenance-free once installed on accurately aligned shafts.

Clamping Couplings
The JQ type split-shell clamping coupling is designed for reactor stirring shaft connections where the shaft is in two sections. The split body wraps from the side — no axial shaft movement required. Standard and non-standard bore sizes available.

Locking Assembly
The TS7Z locking assembly is a keyless shaft-hub connection using tapered ring compression. No keyway required in shaft or hub. Torque and axial force transmitted entirely through friction. Eliminates keyway stress concentration. 31 bore sizes from 15 mm to 110 mm.

SL and WH type sliding-block Oldham couplings compensate for radial shaft offset without transmitting radial load to connected bearings. Constant angular velocity ratio. SL: 120 – 63,000 N·m, up to 8.0 mm radial compensation. WH: 16 – 5,000 N·m with shock absorption.
